Application Process
1. Please complete the application form. You will be contacted to set up a tour of the facility. During the tour, you are welcomed to ask questions.
*We are unable to set up a tour until a completed on-line application form has been received and reviewed. Tours will be set up outside normal operation hours.
2. Tours will be with you and your child and serves as the perfect opportunity for us all to meet while discussing about the program. This process is roughly 15-30 minutes.
3. There is a non-refundable $100/child application fee. This fee is only charged when the spot is offered to your child.
4. If your child is offered placement in our program, we will contact you and provide further registration instructions. Then to confirm registration, the Parent Registration Confirmation page, which will be sent, needs to be completed with a non-refundable deposit of one month’s tuition. This deposit will be applied as the last month’s tuition. After this we will send you an Enrollment Confirmation Letter for your child!
4. If we do not have space for your child, your child will be placed on a wait list after completing the wait list form. You will be contacted as space becomes available and will have 24 hours to confirm placement of your child before we offer the spot to the next family on the wait list.
